An open conversation aimed at joining criteria and generating points of common interest for the installation and development of the new energy industry in Magallanes was held between the Executive Director of our Trade Association, Salvador Harambour, and representatives of Fundación Chile.
At the meeting, both Salvador Harambour and Hernán Araneda, General Manager of Fundación Chile, Andrés Labbé, Director of H2V Investments, and Ignacio Covacevich, Director of the Technological Center for H2V Innovation in Magallanes, highlighted the importance of supporting the generation of local capacities, which will favor employment and welfare for the region, through an industry that promotes development and sustainable growth in harmony with ecosystems and communities.
With support from Corfo, Fundación Chile will promote the Technological Center for Innovation in H2V, an organization that will work with the public and private sectors, academia and citizens as a whole.
Magallanes aspires to become a center of energy development through projects with varying degrees of progress promoted by the companies that are part of our guild.
They are: ACCIONA & Nordex Green Hydrogen, Consorcio Austral, EDF power solutions Chile, HNH Energy, TEG Chile and TotalEnergies H2.
